Unclaimed Items
Items not picked up within 120 days of the ready date may be donated or disposed of. We go out of our way to reach out — we'll call you multiple times before anything happens to your items. We want you to have your clothes back.
Our Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing wear, inherent fabric weaknesses, or damage due to improper care labels. For lost or damaged items, liability does not exceed 10 times the cost of cleaning that garment.
Eco-Friendly Cleaning
All garments are processed using non-hazardous, environmentally responsible solvents as part of our GreenEarth certification. We do not use perchloroethylene (PERC). Safe for your family and our environment.
